Infrastructure BC’s Board of Directors follows governance principles as set out in the Best Practice Guidelines published by the Board Resourcing and Development Office of the Ministry of Finance. The activities of the Board are governed by disclosure guidelines set by the Province.

Governance Practices
Infrastructure BC is committed to effective corporate governance in fulfilling its mandate and goals. The organization embraces the “Best Practice Guidelines” as published in the “Governance and Disclosure Guidelines for Governing Boards of British Columbia Public Sector Organizations” by the Board Resourcing and Development Office of the Office of the Premier in January 2005.
