Infrastructure BC releases fall 2021 Major Projects Brochure
Vancouver, BC – Infrastructure BC is announcing the release of the latest edition of the BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure.
The BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure focuses on prospective public projects greater than $50 million from the early planning stage through to pre-procurement, and active
procurement. In response to market and industry queries, the BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure provides market participants, industry, contractors, and subcontractors with a forward view allowing the market to better prepare the financial and human resources needed.
“Our government’s record investment in infrastructure is putting people to work and helping to drive our economic recovery from COVID-19,” said Rob Fleming, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure. “Over the next three years more than $7.5 billion is going towards transportation investments alone, keeping our economy moving as we build back stronger.”
“Infrastructure BC works with all levels of government and is committed to supporting public sector clients through each phase of infrastructure delivery,” states Mark Liedemann, Infrastructure BC President and CEO. “Partners contributing to Infrastructure BC’s brochure continue to grow with each edition. I am very pleased to welcome Vancouver Fraser Port Authority and Capital Regional District projects to the fall 2021 brochure. The addition of these two participants brings the planning, pre-procurement, and active procurement projects within the brochure to greater than 70.”
The BC Major Infrastructure Projects Brochure, available via InfrastructureBC.com, is released with updates in the spring and fall of each year.
