Project Description
The Belleville Terminal Redevelopment Project involves the demolition of the existing Clipper Terminal infrastructure and constructing a new consolidated preclearance terminal building with modern border security standards that abide by the Land, Rail, Marine, and Air Transport Preclearance Agreement (LRMA) between the Governments of Canada and the USA. The proposed new terminal will be located on the existing site of the Belleville Terminal and include a commercial goods processing facility and commercial retail space.
