Request For Qualification phase invites parties to submit responses indicating their interest in the project, and qualifications. Request For Proposals invites eligible bidders to prepare and submit proposals to fulfill the project specific requirements.

Development Phase Projects

Development Phase occurs after procurement phase and involves the owner working collaboratively with the design team the contractor to develop a detailed design, means and methods of construction, cost and schedule for the project.

Completed Projects

The Kicking Horse Canyon Project is a multi-phase project that improved safety and mobility over approximately 26 kilometres of two-lane highway.
The Healing Spirit House Project is a building that houses two mental health programs and accommodates 38 beds, as well as academic, program and recreational spaces, with approximately 6,340 square metres in net program area.
The Evergreen Line is a fast, frequent and convenient Advanced Light Rapid Transit or SkyTrain service, connecting Coquitlam City Centre through Port Moody to Lougheed Town Centre in approximately 15 minutes.
